Drive Local Leads (Owned + Operated Clubs)
Generate club-level leads through community engagement, local partnerships, and grassroots outreach. Lead quantity and conversion are core KPIs. While the initial focus will be on Chicago and Boston, you'll also work with our other owned-and-operated clubs to help drive awareness and leads across the country.
  • Build targeted lists of local company HQs, schools, and clubs (using AI tools), then design the right approach for each — messaging, offer, and creative.
  • Set up corporate weeks with members and local businesses.
  • Drive in-club referrals through competitions, incentives, and member outreach.
  • Recruit and activate club ambassadors
  • Be a consistent, visible presence in the clubs — meeting members and surfacing new opportunities.
  • Partner with club managers on weekly calls to spot and act on local opportunities.
Support Retention (Owned + Operated Clubs)
Reduce cancellations and improve retention with targeted, member-focused engagement and events — especially among new members, where the early churn risk is highestBuild Marketing
Playbooks
  • Help update the previous year’s playbooks for franchisees covering local marketing, promotions, social media, and in-club engagement.
  • Translate what works at our owned clubs into simple, copy-and-run guides any owner can execute, regardless of marketing experience.
  • Keep playbooks current as promotions and best practices evolve — and review every version for accuracy before it ships.
Create Club Assets (AI + Canva)
  • Design emails, in-club signage, flyers, and social graphics for the clubs.
  • Use AI tools and Canva to produce high-quality, on-brand assets quickly and at scale.
  • Proofread everything — catch typos, wrong dates, and off-brand details before they go out.
